Welcome! HIGH ENERGY FITNESS, personal fitness training for women, is run by Nancy Karabaic.
I have studied exercise and nutrition for over 25 years. I have been a certified personal trainer for 19 years and I'm also certified as a Post-Rehab Fitness Specialist.
How does a personal trainer help you? Together we design an exercise program that will make you look and feel your best! We'll help you to reach your short term and long term fitness goals. We will tailor your program to fit into the time you have to exercise each week.
As you work on your program, you'll be motivated by the way you look and feel and the support and encouragement I provide to you.
My flexible, positive and personalized training program approach will help you build strength and increase stamina. Best of all, you will feel more self-confident as you reach your fitness goals!
My philosophy is that exercise is a lifestyle that will enhance all areas of your life. Looking good and feeling great is a wonderful place to be!
My gym is located in the Wheaton/Kensington area. I offer in-home personal training to clients in Silver Spring, Bethesda, Potomac, Chevy Chase, Kensington, Takoma Park, Northwest D.C., Olney, Gaithersburg and Rockville.
